Each time I bring my car in for service the tire pressure is incorrect. The last two times the tires have been filled backwards. 36 in front and 33 in back. Each time I leave Bob Baker I have to go to the tire store to get my tires set properly. It is very frustrating.

Sean is officially my service advisor. This was my first time bringing car in for service - besides the time sales didn’t disclose there weren’t two keys for the vehicle I just purchased and forced me to purchase a key for the car. That was definitely a new one for me, but then I’ve only been buying cars for 20 years. Nonetheless, yes since my battery under full warranty died and needed to be replaced after a year - my service was great.

Anthony has been my service advisor for a while. All your advisors are great but Anthony remembers my name and remembers any challenges with my car. It is nice to be recognized when I arrive no matter how much time has passed since the last visit.
