Anthony was excellent! In addition to being pleasant and doing a great job on the car, I had a tight timeframe and he was able to rearrange things to squeeze me in. It was much appreciated and I will be sure to request him next time.

I was called that my part was in and set an appointment. Spent my morning inconveniencing a right to drop off my jeep and get a ride back to work. As I almost got back to work, I got a call that the part was for the wrong vehicle. So, I wasted a day, and your staff’s time over bad info. Can I rage for my inconvenience and demand reparations, I won’t do. But Gilbert was great and feel bad for him. I could’ve gone so Karen. A free tune up would be nice. But not expected. Although treated well by Gilbert, I can’t obviously rate my experience good.

Car dealerships are busy normally, that was the case when I drop my car off. Even with the hustle and bustle during morning check-in Mr. Ahumada was friendly professional and took the time to explain everything. Nice to do business at a dealership when you have personnel that seem to care. A+ in communication

Sean is very pleasant to work with. I feel like he listened to me and took my concerns seriously. I hope to have a long relationship with jeep as this is the first I’ve i ever owned and I’m very happy. Sometimes once the warranty is over things change. I will hope for the best.

Fiat was not dignose correctly first time causing many many problems Service manager Chuck Kent did step up when he was made aware of the problem Laura was friendly however not as efficient as she could have been I would consider returning only if I dealt Mr.KENT SERV.Mgr.
