I sat there for 20 minutes waiting for Juan Gonzalez while he worked through a problem. Meanwhile, every other associate was open and made me wait. All I needed was a simple oil change and any one of them could have looked. When Juan finally gave me the time of day, it was clear he was consumed with something more important than me. Your only job is to make the customer feel taken care of and that didn't happen with me.

I am extremely satisfied with his level & quality of service. I needed to get an appointment time before my warranty expired and he got me in right away and quickly and efficiently fixed the issue.
