Brad , was great . Very informative. He kept me abreast with what was going on with my vehicle.. I was very impressed with his helpfulness.
The only complaint is that I got a text about fluids that could have been changed and I don't check texts. If adam would have walked out to the waiting room I would have probably had it changed.

Julie was phenomenal beyond words. She took in my car very last minute and helped me figure out how to get my vehicle to the service center when it wouldn’t start.
However, the tow truck that was arranged for me was THE ABSOLUTE WORT. That was by far the worst experience and I am absolutely appalled at the service I had from the tow truck that was arranged, BY NISSAN, and how I was treated. The guy showed up 2.5 hours after I was told he would be there and no one ever contacted me to let me know when I was promise he would be there in less than 60 minutes. Then when he gets here he speaks little to no English and jump starts my car and proceeds to tell me that I do not need it towed. I told him I wanted it taken to Julie so she could look at it because I trust her. Hen he has the AUDACITY to LAUGH at me AND tell me that I’m stupid and it’s not broken because he fixed it. He then tried to get me to sign something on his phone but would t tell me what it was or even give me his name and the name of the company he worked for! I am disgusted that this was the guy and towing company Nissan chose to come help me. I will NEVER be asking for Nissan to get me a tow truck again.
