Brad was much better than my last service rep I had whose name was Rene which was apprx. Four months prior for sure. Also, I thought the free wash would have clean the exterior outside better than the it looked as it was still dirty on top and engine wasn't clean properly from dirty overheating mess that exploded everywhere in addition I usually get topped off with gas and I didn't this time as the service prices are already high priced enough as I should have. I had to go to work so really had no time to stay longer as these were issues that were supposed to be taken care of and explained that they were prior before picking up my vehicle.

I called twice trying to make an appointment for my service, but no one answered and call was routed back to the receptionist. So I decided to drop by. It was not a welcome one. The service advisor on the first table on the far left (on the 1-10 side) just walked away and continued talking with other advisor. He didn't ask any advisors to help me. I then walked over to Mr. Blair. He is awesome. He helped and is professional.
