Your guys service was 2 stars at best, after buying a BMW last November as a second vehicle and experiencing a different service center (Camelback BMW) you guys are the community college to their Harvard! Their perks are truly mind blowing! They Loan you $60,000 vehicles until yours are done! ???? also since I purchased one of their i3 electric vehicles at another Non - BMW dealership, Camelback BMW still will loan me again one of their vehicles to go out of town with a total of 14 days a year as an incentive program!! ???? So yeah after seeing what a dealership really should be ran and operated like I will only be buying quality vehicles in the future JUST because of the amenities they offer! Oh and because all the work on my vehicle at the BMW dealership was under warranty they also did all my yearly maintenance for free which should have cost me $$$!! ???? you guys unfortunately were overwhelming busy! Did have a second to go over my concerns or wants or needs, it’s too loud there, staff is kinda stressed, and the facility just screams we are dedicated to help customers that make $10,000 or less! UGH!!! Make us feel special, make us feel like we are the most important people in the world! Good shouldn’t be good enough, your team should strive to be great ALWAYS!!! Management and Ownership really dropped the ball there at Avondale Nissan! I was ok with how things were ran there until I tasted the experience I had at another dealership/ competitor (3 times)! So have a great day, I hope things get better for your company and staff! I love to leave great reviews on Social Media sites BBB and word of mouth but I just can’t with your company ??!

I made an appointment to get the tires I brought with me in my car to get installed with an alignment and it took over 3 hours. I’m in the automotive industry ( and have been for over 25 years) and understand the business, but to wait over 3 hours with an appointment for this service is totally unacceptable!!!
Customer service should be better along with the conversations your employees have with coworkers while clients are around need to improve.
I’d rate my experience 4 out of 5 stars.. Hope you can improve the client experience...
