Please keep the customer informed more consistently of what is going on. I was told 2 business days for my vehicle and it took 9. During this time I had to make multiple calls to find out what was going on. Even if its not good news, they should still keep the customer updated daily. Also, it took Tony the service manager 3 months to finally tell me to bring in my car, only after me calling him (again) several times to find out what Nissan was planning to do. He's the worst. He wouldn't even acknowledge us when we showed up to pick up our vehicle even when we told him thanks passing by.

I was there over 4 hours for a brake job and a couple filter changes. Also, found out that my regular advisor is no longer there. Julie was good and I'm sad to hear she was let go.
David was great and took good care of me and my car. Your new car sales staff was completely oblivious to the fact that I was in the building and could possibly be interested in buying a car which I was. But no one bothered to take the time to even say hi

Adam has helped me in many different ways. Even when I feel as if I am an annoying customer he still treats me kind and not many advisor would do that. I appreciate his honesty as well. Many advisors in the past has stolen so much money from me because they wanted to have a high rating and he is not like that. I appreciate being treated equally every visit and I am able to have full confidence that my vehicle is in the best hands.
