This visit was a little different because normally I make my appointments many weeks in advance and this visit I was short on time... I was able to get an appointment within days... my special part had been ordered and was ready… Dropped off my car and lickety-split, everything was done that I requested and needed to keep my car running!!
I live just over 25 miles from your dealership… But I continue to return because of the service I’m provided by Rene.
*** I want you to know after I picked up my car we went to Islands for a vegan burger. The service was absolutely terrible. I was with my significant other who is 6’2”... The waitress failed to bring him his food and told us that she thought he didn’t want anything to eat! How could that make any sense that two people go to restaurant and one person orders a burger and the other one orders nothing at the dinner hour?? There was no common sense in that customer service. They never asked us if we wanted an appetizer, they refilled our drinks once after we asked… Do you think will ever go back to this restaurant? Absolutely not! There’s too much competition in this growing city... I can get a vegan burger just about anywhere…
I return to Avondale Nissan because of the service I am provided!!!!
Because of your friendly shuttle driver, because of Tony and because Rene knows that I like to have my car serviced 100% because I do not live a block away or even with in the ZIP Code…

I talked with Rene and scheduled my appointment for an oil change and a front headlight replacement bulb. I stated clearly that my car was a 2008 Nissan Rogue. The first year the Rogue was manufactured. I brought my vehicle in on Friday as scheduled on Wednesday after an hour and a half Rene came out and told me my car needed a different more expensive bulb and it needed to be ordered and my car was almost ready. I had to wait another hour that day for my car to be done. I made arrangements for my car to have the light bulb replaced today. I brought it in at noon, Rene said it would be two to three hours. Rene walked myself and my son over to the shuttle driver sign up sheet. I signed up and the shuttle driver brought us home. Around 2:30 I started wonder why no one called about my car. By 3 pm still no calls. I called and received Rene’s voicemail but by now I really need to talk to someone because I live 30 minutes away and you have my only vehicle! It took me 15 minutes and 3 calls to finally get Rene on the phone. He said my car had been done for a while and he thought I was waiting in the lobby and who was I again! Then he said a simple fix should not have taken that long and I should have waited for my very expensive new bulb that I spent 6 1/2 hours to have replaced, 2 trips, and an Uber ride for. You state that no one knows my Nissan like you do. Clearly that is not the case with my vehicle. Which I barely picked up before you closed today. I don’t get weekends off! This is my first Saturday off in six weeks and I spent it dealing with your incompetent service department.
