My appointment for oil change was at 9:30am, I checked in just around 9:25am. At 1:34pm I get a text that my car is ready. While going over what was done to the vehicle, one of the things that was suggested was that the oil filter will need changing sot, I asked why didn’t it get done when they were doing the oil change? The technician said because I needed to give my permission. So I was waiting since 9:25 am on your lobby “ waiting area” but he couldn’t come & ask for my permission?! I asked that they take the car back & do the work need. I’m not sure I can trust what the technician’s are doing if not making sure vehicles that are left in their care are actually being cared for.
Michael did an outstanding job. He went above and beyond!

NONE of the “goals” that are on the wall were achieved! None of them! We were not greeted! Our wait time was almost TWO HOURS! For a basic oil change?? The technician couldn’t even be bothered to come over and tell us what was going on! My husband asked him a question and this guy walked away and didn’t even bother to come back with an answer for my husband! Is that what anyone in their right mind would consider exceptional? I would hope not! He also couldn’t even be bothered to tell us that my car was ready! So who the hell knows how long it was that my car was ready, or how much longer we would have been sitting there? I will never be returning to this dealership, all because of one person who ruined the entire experience and made it a hassle instead of a pleasure! Such a waste of time!
