It's always a privilege bring my car to avondale Nissan because I know I'm getting the best service possible.
Waiting two and one half hours for an oil change with an appointment is unacceptable. I know this is a metropolitan area, but this was over the top. Worse is the fact that this seems to be “normal”. If I had scheduled a more complex service for my vehicle, I would understand a long wait. An oil change that is scheduled by appointment should not take longer than 30-40 minutes.
The appointment was easily made over the phone with Erin. Any employee I came into contact with was friendly. Some even helped with a challenge I was doing. Blair got me taken care of right away and called when my car was ready. When I asked about a closer dealership to where I live, Blair and another gentleman said I probably wouldn’t get the same service there and it would probably cost a tad bit more. I’m glad they told me that. Blair was friendly, and gave me his card in case I have any other questions or concerns.
Exceptional service! I did not have an appointment but he was able to get me in and out in 3 hours!

The gentlemen who helped me was great. Blair didn’t help me he only rang me up at the end of my service. Also you ran a diagnostic through the computer and when I got the car back the radio screen was all messed up. I’ll be returning on Tuesday (which I shouldn’t have to do) to get it “looked” at. We will see what you say is wrong with it then to determine if it was even good service. Exceptional would be the gentlemen who helped me getting the credit for the service and no additional issues that weren’t there before I dropped it off.
Made an appointment for a 150k inspection and oil change. When I arrived had to explain why I was there and what I was looking for. Was told I had only had the vehicle at the dealer once which is not true, wasn’t going to argue w the person about that (however his attitude guaranteed this to be true). When I got the text to pick up my car the person who checked me out had zero idea what work had been done and what recommendations were made. Reall terrible. Funny when the service provider does not care about the customer. Thank you for helping me chose someone else for my next car.
I was very impressed with how I was treated by Jose, he handled all my vehicle problems in a very timely manner. He was very professional and courteous and I would not hesitate recommend your services to any of my friends or family.

I make the appointment for oil change , not with the usual guy, so my wife takes the car and at the end he told her the the air filter was needed and she told him that that was done last time we were there, and he said let me check and confirm! That’s something we can’t trust, we go to a dealer because we tired of the usual mechanics trying to charge stuff we don't need, anyway she was charged not the same as usual and when I check the bill comes out that it was charged for a tire rotation when I had one week that was for free at the tire shop because of the warranty! We didn’t ask for any rotation, at first it got me thinking that my wife agreed by mistake but with the air filter issue I don’t know!
