Every time I've taken my car in for any type of service, the service technicians have always been extremely helpful and keep me regularly updated on the status of my vehicle. I just had my transmission replaced on my 2013 Nissan Altima and it was dropped off on Monday morning and done by Tuesday afternoon.

First, my name is MaryEllen I’m a little upset cause this is the second time I have taken my car in for the transmission. On my first visit SUPPOSEDLY my transmission was replaced but then I had to take it in again for a gasket. Why wasn’t that changed on the first visit.
