He was great he worked me in last minute when I needed it. Explained everything and I got to my daughter on time even
I arrived at 8:15am and was told the oil change would take about 1hr. At 9;50 I went to check on the car and was told they were just finishing up. I was then notified about 2 recalls on the vehicle and was given the option to wait an additional 45 mins while those things were corrected. Other than the miscommunication on the time, the service was great.
Julie provided excellent service, The only thing that was lacking which didn't have anything to do with Julie was my car wash. The inside of my car was not cleaned out at all and the outside was mediocore. My last car wash was excellent, it's part of the reason I come to the dealership.
