The oil change was good and service but the car wash was poorly done
I was promise a shuttle service, to get me to a very important meeting. The service didn’t show up 15 mins before my car was ready for pickup. I had to reschedule my meeting which made my day longer that was expected.

The overall experience was a pleasure. I just think it's a shame that I purchased a vehicle in good faith and when something that happened beyond my control is not addressed by the manufacturer in a way that left me feeling like the technicians assessment was not based on true facts that surrounded the issue, but based it on there belief. I hope that this is forwarded to Nissan. Jose Burato did handle it as professional as possible.
