Julie was truly exceptional! Her customer service was great from beginning to end. Everything was prompt, explain to me which is great as a female car owner to understand everything going on with your car and not feel taken advantage or rushed in the process. She stayed in touch and even suggested me to a survey where I will be able to earn a gift card for letting Nissan know how satisfied I am with their products! Julie has guaranteed I will continue coming to Avondale Nissan

My car is only a year and half so I was so pleased that they replaced my battery when they found it wasn't up to par. It was free because of warranty. If it would have failed me at some point, I wouldn't have thought it was covered, and just bought another. I am grateful for Jose and the team. Well done.
