I would not consider my whole experience exceptional however I’m not saying it was bad. George Anaya was very nice and super helpful. I spoke with him on the phone and in person and each time he was very informative and considerate of my time. When scheduling the service he made sure I understood how long it would take, I had three young children with me so that alone is amazing for me! But I often stood in the service area waiting to be acknowledged. When I was finally spoken to and finally checked in the gentleman was a little rude when telling me where to wait. It took less time than originally quoted to fix, but when driving it, it does not seem right. More than likely I will be returning with another shifting problem in the foreseeable future.
