First of all I pulled up and all the service reps were just sitting there talking to each other. Almost judging me profiling me being Hispanic. Then My car was ready and It took 45min to do paperwork. Treated me different when I bought the vehicle from this dealership.

Truck wasn’t done when mentioned. I gave them my number prior to leaving my truck with them and they still had the wrong number and called that number multiple time. Nobody answered their phone. When I tried go get a hold of my service advisor he would send me to voice mail and not even answer my calls through out the day.
