I asked via the text option when my car was going to be done he said between 3 and 4pm which was fine. Shortly later I was sent several other text messages stating that my car was out of the wash, to head on over, and asking if I needed a shuttle. My husband and I went only to be told it wasn’t ready yet. Frustrating since I was coming from the east valley to pick up my car only to be told to wait another 45 minutes. When we finally did get my car we weren’t given any information regarding the oil change or the swap of parts that was ordered. And my car wasn’t washed and had finger prints all over the area that was fixed. Not happy at all what so ever with the service.

I love that you were able to schedule me to take my car in right away.
Getting me rental was quick and easy and I didn’t feel the need to have to beg or fight or argue.
BUT
I’ve had 3 Nissans, and every one of them has had one or two recalls & my transmission failing on a brand new Altima with 33k miles is truly concerning.
My very first Sentra had the transmission fail at 77k.
I will never purchase another Nissan nor will I ever recommend someone to purchase a Nissan.
You claim you are the only ones who offer extended warranties. I started to wonder why , but it makes sense as nissans seem to fail often than other “brands” “models” not sure what to call cars.
I appreciate the quickness.
One thing I would like to mention is I was never recalled what happened with the recalls. What was done to my car. Nothing was really explained. & I don’t feel confident in the longevity of my car.
Everyone has been exceptional, friendly and courteous. I was kinda upset about not having my car up to great shape. But I’m happy now thanks.
