Julie was great but the wrong part was ordered and now have to come in again to get it fixed.
I was given an approximate finish time which was pretty close and he kept me posted as to what was happening.

Rene has been my Service Advisor for years and is just exceptional. He is courteous and provides 5-Star Service. He explains the services in detail and never attempts to oversale you on parts that are not needed. Really honest individual and that is why I keep coming back.
Jose’s is the first smile that greets me and all customers when we walk into the customer service area and I am sure other Nissan customers coming in for vehicle services or general questions would agree that his smile and welcoming attitude and knowledge is a plus for Nissan.
