Brought our vehicle in late for service without an appointment so i didn’t expect it to be done until later in the afternoon. But Julie ensured that it got done right away so i was surprised to get a call from her after a couple of hours saying ithat I can come pick up the car already. As usual Julie knows how to make her customers happy and satisfied always!!! Please extend my greatest gratitude to her.

I was very unhappy with my service adviser Michael. He did not seem to know your service prices and did not provide all the services he promised. This was by far the worst experienxe I've had at Avondale.
