It took 3 days to find out if the service needed was covered by my warranty with Fidelity. I brought th car in 8am Friday morning and was told later that day other priorities took place and my vehicle would not be ready until Saturday afternoon. I picked up my car around 12 noon and immediately noticed a different vibration in the engine when I started it, but said let me drive it home and maybe it will stop. I then asked my husband to listen and he said give it another day then call back to take it in the vibration doesn’t stop. I called yesterday to schedule an appointment to bring it back in. I am a very busy person and we will be up to three trips to get something fixed that in my experience with other service dealerships would have taken one trip. I am a first time customer who thought I would try this dealer service shop because the pricing for my 45k service (what I originally came in for) was lower. Instead I have been inconvenienced and my vehicle is making vibrations that it was not making when it was originally brought in. I only have flexibility on Friday and I hope when I bring it in the issue will be fixed and this time I will be staying at the shop until it is repaired to insure my vehicle is a priority and hopefully fixed right. If this happens I will consider utilizing for future maintenance and repairs. If not I will be lost as a customer and will go back to AVC Nissan for minor things like oil changes and Auto Nation Nissan for major repairs. The price is slightly more but worth it when I can get everything done in one trip and they test drive to make sure it’s done right the first time.

Michael was fantastic. He was very polite and welcoming since the beginning and helped me in every step of the process. At the end he explained me what the recommendations for my car were about. He was always in direct communication with me.
