I just went in to get a new battery and I was told my battery would have to get checked and would take an hour.I dont live close to the dealer and as soon as I got home they calles saying my battery was ready to pick up.It was a waste of my Saturday going back and forth.I have purchased batteries from the dealer in the past and never ran into this issue.

David was outstanding!!! He tried every avenue to get my cruise control to work. He was great about updating me so I was not left wondering what was going on. Now I just have to wait 2 weeks for the component to arrive and hopefully have my cruise control fixed. It’s not that often in service that I have run into someone as personable and easy to work with.
