Almost everything was satisfactory. The standout surprise is the quality of the courtesy car wash, and Rene's subsequent excuses. Note: I'm best reached in the afternoon/evening.
Rene is always friendly, and efficiently advises what is happening with my car. I am clear what services are being offered and provided and the cost.

My car was at the dealership from 10-4pm on Saturday. I was told the car was driven multiple times in attempt to replicate the issue. When I picked up my car, I noticed that there wasn't a single mile added on the odometer. I am not sure why I was told that the car was driven throughout the day but no miles were added. I made sure to notice the mileage I left the car at Avondale Nissan. I am really pissed. I will be taking my business to a different Nissan with truthful advisors and mechanics.
