Almost everything was satisfactory. The standout surprise is the quality of the courtesy car wash, and Rene's subsequent excuses. Note: I'm best reached in the afternoon/evening.

Julie. Yes Julie. Julie is more than a service advisor. She is a caregiver, if you will. As she invests her time Julie shows that she truly is interested in making sure that our experience is a simple, painless process. As we came in for a comprehensive inspection and a simple oil change we had the utmost belief that we would be absolutely taken care of. My car was at the dealership from 10-4pm on Saturday. I was told the car was driven multiple times in attempt to replicate the issue. When I picked up my car, I noticed that there wasn't a single mile added on the odometer. I am not sure why I was told that the car was driven throughout the day but no miles were added. I made sure to notice the mileage I left the car at Avondale Nissan. I am really pissed. I will be taking my business to a different Nissan with truthful advisors and mechanics.
