I dropped the car off at 8:00am, called at 3:00 to see what’s up, found out the service manager had no idea because the guy who I gave the keys to never got my car back. Funny thing is, It went to wash around 3:45 which means it took 30-45 minutes to fix my car. I could have gotten it way earlier. They said “overwhelmed” a few times but that is absolutely BS considering one 1 car was in the drop off ahead of me and only one person talking to a service writer. Fact is, someone dropped the ball bu not getting my car back to the shop.
