Brand new paintwork was scratched during inspection and replacement of battery.

I dropped the car off at 8:00am, called at 3:00 to see what’s up, found out the service manager had no idea because the guy who I gave the keys to never got my car back. Funny thing is, It went to wash around 3:45 which means it took 30-45 minutes to fix my car. I could have gotten it way earlier.
They said “overwhelmed” a few times but that is absolutely BS considering one 1 car was in the drop off ahead of me and only one person talking to a service writer. Fact is, someone dropped the ball bu not getting my car back to the shop.
Julie got me out the door quicker than expected, much appreaciated.
Julie did an excellent job, she has great customer service kept me updated on my car thats why I always go back.
