I made an appointment a week in advanced and called to confirm the appointment because I felt it was strange that I did not get a courtesy text message like I usually do. Brandon made sure to get me in right away and he got me out right away as well. I have to drive very far to come get your services but I will continue to do so because people like Brandon help help me, and they don’t give me BS they tell me what I need and what I don’t need for my vehicle. Quality like that is rare. Thank you

I dropped off the vehicle on Friday evening for service on Saturday morning. Was not notified until after 1:00. Sent a text to David and he never responded. All I was getting is new tires put on which could have gone to Discount and had them on in an hour. Came to Nissan because of the service I had in the past, but was a disappointment this time. Bought tires and they weren’t even cleaned and shined up as would be expected plus missing a cap on one tire. Total disappointment.

My service attendant was very rude. He called my wife at home to say there was a problem with our car unaware I was in the lobby. She texted me and said Nissan was looking for me. There was a nail supposedly on the sidewall. Wanted to sell me a $185 tire. I said I’ll take care of it. Discount tire had no problem patching the tire for free. I saw my vehicle in the ready line for 10 mins before I decided to ask if my vehicle was ready. As I’m standing there he did not acknowledge my presence while I was standing in front of his desk. His first name was David. This is my second unsatisfactory experience at this particular dealership. I will be taking my business to Coulter Nissan where I purchased the vehicle.
