Although I didn’t have an appointment, Mr. Brandon was able to get us in and out of the place before the wife and I could really settle down. I work for the VA now serving our veterans, but in the past I’ve had the pleasure of working in the car business for over a decade. I’ve seen the good with the bad. As far as service department go, this one I like a lot. Brandon was polite, straight forward and valued my time. Hopefully the other guys and gals are just as good. As we waited, a sales professional Jerry from the internet dept came out to talk to us about a future purchase, no pressure just info. So overall this place gets a ***** Star rating from me . Until the next time - Thank you Avondale Nissan!

I was able to get in and out in a timely matter be the issue is the belt that was replaced I was told was for everything , all the componences and they changed the air filters . When I left the dealership the belt noise wasn't there but later on in the day it's back to a load noise again .

They washed my car and left streeks and worse than it was. I’d prefer it wasn’t washed at All. Didn’t touch the inside. But customer Service was very good. Thank you.

I think "truly exceptional" is a bit of an exaggerated overstatement. So the answer to your question is no. I can say however that julie is very polite, professional and definitely tends to her customers. My car was serviced in a very timely manner and I was appropriately notified by julie that my car was ready I appreciate Julie's professionalism and her manner of taking care of business.
