It was OK. Renee is a good man but face it, It’s all about getting as many vehicles thru there each day as possible. Be like Lexus or Infiniti and that would get a much higher rating from me.
Robert was awesome! I was unable to make it in for my scheduled appointment on 12/21 & he was able to fit me in on 12/28. I mentioned an alert that popped up intermittently, "unavailable front radar obstruction" which he also had service look into & replace a part.
Thank you to Blair for explaining what work needs to be done on my titan, in terms I can understand...always a great experience.

It was a great experience from the quick appointment Rene was able to make and the friendly welcome to the comfortable waiting area and the expert knowledge and professionalism Rene displayed I will be back and have already referred Rene to several people I know that also own Nissans! I just moved to town and bought my car and had no clue where to go but I have found a new home for all my Nissan needs so thank you!
