Jose was very polite, the wait however was a bit longer than expected.
Brad provided great communication with me prior to my visit so I was aware of what to expect as far as time needed to complete maintenance and options for transportation available to me during my visit.

Brad was wonderful from the moment I spoke with him on the phone! I was very worried about my check engine light and he was very informative with all of my questions! His customer service was the best of the best! Thank you Brad for all of your help, especially with the fact that it was my first time at Avondale Nissan and will be sure to return again!

Blair provided excellent service , just not happy with the actual service. Went in for a tire rotation and oil change and upon leaving your lot I had a bad vibration and a faulty tire. What I am upset about is that if the tire rotation was done how was that the tire was not detected .
