I recently went to get an oil change and tire rotation. However, when the service was over I was told that I was missing the wheel lock key and the tire rotation was not completed because of so. I had no idea that part necessary and was told that I must have missed placed it. But the last time I took my car in to get serviced they were able to complete the rotation. I’m guessing that either the wheel lock key was misplaced the last time I got a rotation.
