Always upfront and professional!

Brandon always goes above an beyond. He was able to get rid of an annoying rattle by adjusting something on the hood. He also made sure the alignment was checked and showed me it failed. Had that taken care of too. The drive home was the best it's been in a long time (very smooth and quiet). I feel like I am getting the best service with Brandon and the mechanics.

Julie was truly helpful. She is awesome!

I dropped my vechile off at 7am and had a phone call at 5:08pm that my car was done and serviced. Not once did I get a call through the day On that status. I asked for a complementary car wash which I opened my back seat and nothing but crumbs and dirt on my floor Matt’s which I confirmed Avondale Nissan does vacuum . My service for my a/c as a whole has been ridiculous. I brought my car in about a week ago and they confirmed they fixed the problem . Than a week later here I am taking my car Again and the reason my a/c wasn’t working was because it needed to be charged. Like this is super inconvenient for me that I have a full time job to have to tAke my car again for service because they didn’t charge my a/c the first time. This truly made me upset and I hope to hear someone about this . Worst experience I have ever been through.
