Dramatic changes in service delivery and not exactly for the better. Representative spoke on overdrive, it was difficult to keep up and seemed rushed like all he wanted to do was finish and move on to the next task or continue on a current task. When I returned for the car his speech had slowed down and asked for a good review. He modified his service delivery expecting that the greeting service would not have already affected experience. The shuttle driver was rude and seemed to want to do anything except give a ride. Shuttle driver gave no greeting, nor informed us that he was leaving. When conversation was tried to be made with the driver he was short, his words were cut, his voice sounded annoyed. Checked the car before leaving to check that everything I paid for was completed. Everything looked in order except for the wash, which looked to not have been completed yet. I have been here before and received a completely different experience, the manager had greeted us and the representative double checked that I understood exactly what was being done that day. I needed a shuttle home and that time the driver was not rude and easily engaged in conversation. I was expecting similar service this time around and that was not delivered by everyone.

I rather go to Avondale for my oil change since it’s cheaper then other places. I know you guys were busy, however two hours is a long time to wait for an oil change. Also I was bombarded with things my car potentially needed, it was a lot to take in.
