I felt david sasslin, was excellent. I had asked for the complimentary car wash. Who ever cleaned my car left an oily film all over the car and especially on the windows. It was a very sloppy job. And now I am wondering if the mechanics servicing my car have the same sloppy ethics. I am hesitant to take my car back to nissan. Your sloppy car washer left a horrible image of the service prvoided by nissan.
Only thing was a bit surprised when told one thing on phone and when I arrive was told I needed more done than what was initially said on the phone
