Quick, thorough, super clean wash Joo. Very impressed with steps taken for one low tire - no punctures so dismount & clean bead area, disassemble and clean sensor seal area. Not much of a money maker on a npf! But great for the customer.

You have not fixed my problem with the auto start after 4 attempts and refuse to fix my warm blowing air conditioner. This is not against whoever this survey is about Jose? He didn't even help me it was 2 other people. I have never seen such incompetence in a service dept. I have to wait to he greeted and get passed around with my vehicle problems always left unfixed. A new car should have a better service dept. especially Nissan. I indicated this last time to at least 2 service people that if my problem isn't fixed this time I would escalate the issue as I had a feeling this would happen based on past experience. I encourage you to share this as you have a lot of nerve even sending a survey.i have a feeling I'm not the only one-

I was told my wait time was going to be 3 hours wo I scheduled it early since I was my birthday I had plans for the rest of the day, 5 hours passed and I had to call in multiple times to check on my ca and no one could give me an answer. Jose never kept me in the loop of what was going on through the process. When he finally returned my multiple phone calls my car still was not ready. I had to wait another hour and a half for my vehicle to be finished with an oil change and a recall update. Something that shouldn’t be 6+ hours. I understand business gets busy however the customer service aspect was completely unacceptable.

Even though I had a long wait, it was worth it. The team diagnosed my cars problem and fixed it under warranty. Rene was great and heard all of my concerns before taking care of my car. Thank you for the wonderful service.
