I'M very happy with Renee and your dealership. I'M m not very happy with the run around with Nissan. They kept stalling and asking for more test and pics etc.There is clearly something going on with the ****. I feel quite confident that you will see me again down the road because I don't believe this will get better. Anyway I'm happy with you

I explained that when I turned my steering wheel I heard a screeching noise and it wasn’t the breaks which Rene thought it was. I’m still hearing the noise when I turned my steering wheel. I wanted to bring it to your attention because my last car I experanced the same type of situation where the dealership did not listen to what I told them.

Yes, she was very helpful. I had an out of town emergency. And I ask if there Was time to check my car. She did not hesitate and said to bring my car in to have it check. She suggested a oil Change and had my tires rotated. I really appreciate that and she care about my safety of me and my family.

Finished sooner than I expected. Setting the spot really did make a difference I felt. If not, then your guys are fast either way. Definitely coming back. Wasn’t pushed for an up selling. Ask for an oil change, for an oil change, was given a sheet that advices me of stuff needed down the road, so because I wasn’t pressured, I’ll be back to do that business with y’all again. In hopes of same experience.
