Blake was a good service advisor, unlike the first guy I went up to that told me he was too busy to go to another person. Blake was honest with the recommendation of additional services I should think about getting sooner then later but didn’t pressure me into do it all today especially since they were a little unexpected for me. I will definitely be returning to get my additional services done here and will insure to set up an appointment with Blake.

You send these texts about how important our satisfaction is after my wife wrote a paragraph about how dissatisfied she is with service. It really is annoying. Stock responses and “love notes” are more apt to make you look stupid anything other than truly concerned about your clients concerns.
