This was the 4th time bringing back vehicle for cranking/not starting issues. I had a Toyota Sequoia for 15 years and the only thing I had to do is maintenance. It was totaled and I bought a Chevrolet but decided to go with a Nissan. Love the truck and I truly hope that vehicle is finally fixed. Starting to have buyers remorse!! Brad by the way is a nice guy and I felt that he was honest with me and kept me informed about what was happening with vehicle, so no complaints about him.

They said my car was fine and didn't find any issues other then the battery cable lose. The problem was the battery needed to be replaced not charged up again. Not happy with service but Robert was very professional and curties.

Brad went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We appreciate this so much especially since we are from out of town and needed our vehicle fixed before we left. Letting us have a loaner vehicle during that time was a life saver! We would recommend Brad and your dealership to everyone who is in need of a car or service.

Adam has to be one of the few guys that made me feel like I could completely close my eyes and trust him to take the wheel, Adam was friendly, professional and courteous at all times. After dealing with some rude reps in Chicago on our last trip, Adam went above and beyond the call of duty to take care of my daughter’s car. A true asset to the team! Congratulations Adam. You definitely turned it into a trustworthy experience. We will gladly come back for required maintenance on our vehicle. Thank you.

I had never received such unique customer service as today. Whenever they arrive, nobody greets you and this time they made me feel like a customer loved by Nissan. This Young Robert Hull is very good at his job and with excellent customer service. Thank you Nissan for hiring new and helpful staff.
