Julie was great. I can say much for your shop supervisor Doug. He was a real jerk. He was talking down to me and talk at me like I was stupid. Just because I'm a female doesn't give him the right to treat me like I was stupid. I had to go to the general manager to get my car fixed that which was a default. The general manager was great also.
As always Julie put a smile on my face. She is great. She is always a great help and very informative. Thank u Julie.

Not sure if my first message got through. I was truly impressed with everyone there that I dealt with. Job(s) well done. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the place. I observed the woman that was constantly sweeping the area where customers drive in, the young fellow cleaning the windows. Truly amazing and the politeness and professionalism of all the people. The comfortable waiting area. Adam did such a great job and was right on top of everything. He was spot on regarding my waiting time. Thanks for everything. A not so pleasant way to spend time made very pleasant. The cleanliness was off the charts.
The maintenance was accomplished in short order, and the Frontier was returned to me ready to go and much cleaner.
