I think he went overboard with the transmission fluid change, I feel he was giving me the scare tactic about changing the transmission fluid. I think you should have mentioned it and moved on but instead you just kept drilling drilling about getting my transmission fluid changed think it was totally unnecessary.

The tracking system for the service of vehicles in the
customer waiting room not accurate. In my case my vehicle
showed (checking in) for the duration of the visit.
