Julie is always friendly and pleasant. She quickly diagnosed the problem and made arrangements for alternative transportation for me. She kept me advised of the progress with the repair and promptly notified me when my car was ready. The car was waiting for me when I got there and was cleaned. I always know my car is in good hands when I drop it off with her for service.
