Even with appointments, I tend to find the wait times a bit excessive. My first oil change in my vehicle took over 4 hours and my most recent took over 1.5 hours, each time with an appointment.

Vehicle had a check tire pressure warning that illuminated periodically. I noted that to the service representative. When I drove out of the dealership the check tire pressure light was still illuminated. I had to return to the service dept. Immediately.I also asked, since it was raining, not to bother to have the car washed but have the car vacuumed. It was not vacuumed. Otherwise the rep was great.
Blair recommended that I had my shocks replaced and I just want to aay that my truck ridea 100x better now and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service dept. at Avondale Nissan.

Brandon was wonderful. But I was not satisfied with whatever manager said that I was smoking in that car. I never smoked a cigarette in that car. But no matter what I've told the young lady she just kept saying that's what the manager said. He was wrong
