A technician that was not experienced put in a sensor that is brand new to my car and it took 6 hours with the help of a senior tech. In the past when I got oil changes it took over an hour each time. Brandon did get me a rental and he was helpful but the time it takes the technicians to do simple tasks is unacceptable and I really am second guessing coming back when I’m ready to trade my car in. I’ve been a loyal customer and have bought 3 cars from this dealership but the service department needs improvements.
As always, Jose provides exceptional customer service, and is always a joy to see! He really makes me feel like more than just a customer, and this is why I always return and only ask for him for any service my car may need. Thank you for everything!!

You didn't have an appointment and brought it in on the busiest day of the week Saturday. Explain that they were very busy that would do his best to get it in as quickly as possible. You sent us a couple text letting us know he didn't forget about us which we really liked and by noon he texted us to let us know it was done. Thank you Blair you're the reason I keep coming back to Nissan
My wife sat there for 3hours for a oil change, completely unacceptable and very disappointed
