I love my service advisor Julie! That TV with the service status in the waiting room is worthless though. Said I was just checked in for the entire time. Please fix or turn off.
I still have break warning popping up on my car. I have to say though that the service itself was outstanding. Ill bring it back when im not working..to see about getting it fixed again. Thank u so much...SANDRA M

Blair found the problem right away. It was an oxygen sensor and fixed it quickly. He also recommended to change all fluids in vehicle and am going to schedule to get it done after the new year. Thank you blair and avondale nissan servi e team

Upset that my alternator was not fixed the first time around. Didn't like my service advisors attitude when he called initially to let me know what is going on. He made me feel like it's a normal thing and not that serious when it is not normal to have a 2 year old vehicle and have the alternator die 2 times and within 3 months. As he was talking to me, I could here him smacking his food which is just rude. Had to go back today to have an oil stain removed. Didn't tell me I needed new tires when I picked up my vehicle. I found out I needed new tires by reading my work order when I got home. My work summary was not gone over after my vehicle was done. When I stopped in to get my car cleaned today is when I was told about needing new tires. I usually make appointments with Julie because I just feel like some of the advisors just try to sell you things and Julie only tells me what I need.
