I asked for your tire rotation the mechanic said he did it and was still going to be charged to work when in fact my tires were not rotated had it not been for me marking a tire I would have never known it amazes me that kind of behavior is tolerated at a dealership I did eventually get my tires rotated but that is not the point
They did a great job of keeping us in the loop every step of the way.

Knowledgeable and treated the vehicle as it was her own. Vehicle was a little dirty after being washed and had the porters redo it without having to say a word.

I live about 80 miles away from Avondale Nissan. I have tried other Nissan dealers closer to my house but was not satisfied with the customer service. This was my first time at Avondale Nissan for vehicle service and I will defanetly go back. David Saisslin and everybody I met there was courteous and professional and most of all, honest. David and his tech one above and beyond to figure out what the issues were with my vehicle and they repaired everything that needed to be repaired
