My car had a recall, which effected my back door not to open. When I left it with Julie she did everything she could to get the recall fixed on both back doors and also got my back door to open. Very satisfied with my experience at Avondale Nissan with Julie.

The reps were great I dealt with Blair, I bought the maintance package for $120. When I went to sign it it said the package was 99.99 and vehicles with v8 engines were $120. When I pointed it out to the rep helping me then (not Blair) he said it was a typo and the did not have it corrected on the agreement. Second.. I asked for the deluxe wash, I was told they would vacuum the inside and do the tires as well. Well when I picked up my car the outside was washed but it had a lot of spots and water spots all over. The inside was NOT vacuumed and the tires had no dressing. Once inside the vehicle I noticed that the mechanic did not take the time to update the sticker with the next oil change info. I had to go back In side to get this.
