David is ALWAYS so personable. Going to have service done on your vehicle is never your first choice on how to spend your day off but David and the Nissan service department always get the job done!

My experience with Julie Spickerman unprecedented. Not only was she friendly and knowledgeable, she was receptive and professional. She quickly addressed my issues and concerns, and had my frontier in the service area in a matter of minutes. Uopn checkout she showed the same unrivaled conduct that I have ever experienced at any dealership anyware. She deserves a raise!
I asked Adam to give me a tutorial on the technology of my car since I did not have the time to learn it last year when I worked out here. He sat with me for at least 15 minutes and helped me tremendously. PATIENT,good guy,smart guy AND a guy you want to have on your team!!!!

I am always treated with dignity and respect. However I do have an issue as the problem with my vehicle was not resolved as it is still making a tapping noise. I will bring it back tomorrow for further inspection

Excellent customer service
I was trying to pickup my car from a regular oil change service. Upon arriving David was not available at that moment and it seemed like no one wanted to help and avoided eye contact. Once David arrived, I was set to go and left. However, anyone could have given me my keys I don't think I necessarily had to wait for him. It was really an unnecessary wait, which was a good 15 minutes. There were at least 3 staff members who could have helped. This is not the first time this happens just decided to comment this time.
