Blair provided exceptional customer service. He exceeded all of my expectations and I look forward to having my vehicles serviced at your location. I would also like to compliment Adam which helps out when Blair is busy with other customers. Why would an oil change and tire rotation take two hours. Completely ridiculous. I had an appointment as well. Terrible service and terrible customer service.
