I’ve never been so disappointed with the service I’ve received. I’ve been getting oil changes in my cars at dealerships since I was 16 and it’s never taken more than an hour even on a Saturday. Yet today it took an hour and a half +, and when I text my service advisor about it he had the nerve to come to me and say “well we did an oil change, tire rotation, and changed your battery under warranty” as if I should be grateful that they did their job. He then said it’s only been an hour and a half and normally it’s at least two hours so we’re ahead of schedule. He never felt it necessary to come and tell me they were replacing the battery. Also, my car was in the first bay outside the window in the waiting area and I saw it sit there for a half hour after it was finished without it being touched. It just sat there until they went and ran it through the car wash. I’m extremely aggravated and disappointed. I never want to hear from or deal with Adam again. He left a bad taste in my mouth about your dealership.

The service rep Julie Speckerman is truly an awesome service rep. If it were not for her customer service and Toni’s, I would try to find some place else. While having my car there for oil change one of the mechanics broke a part of my car and I got stuck at dealership for 2 hours all the while they never reported to anyone that they broke it. I had to find the break myself and then have it fixed. Then Doug said to me “a Well did you bring your car in like this?” NO!!!! I did NOT!!!
