My husband is out of town so I Debra Thornton took it in Renee said about 1 to 1 1/2 hours gave him my cell number and he would call no call about 1:30 someone called my husband said truck was done but my biggest **** is I specifically told Renee that I needed the truck back way before 2....he put on dispatch sheet to shuttle driver time of 1:36 so I had to inconvenience a friend to pick up my grand daughter from school NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! I tried to call Renee and the Service Manager and to no avail no answer how ironic so my experience is and was Not GREAT!!! Any response you have to this please call ME at ****-****-xxxx DONT CALL MY HUSBAND!!!!

We have worked with you now for 16 years and have never been disappointed in the service we received. Thank you so much for being so attentive to your customers. We have purchased two vehicles here and bring all of our vehicles here for service whether Nissan or not. Not so happy with Dodge right now on the other hand, but hopefully they will come through with some kind of a solution.
