I mixed my day up for my oil change and showed up but was not on the schedule. Adam was not concerned about that. He assured me he would get my car in as soon as possible. He is always helpful and friendly.

Blair was fine, but you are understaffed & our took nearly 15 minutes to check me in with an appointment. The TV in the waiting area displaying names & status was way off as it said I had been checked in when my car was actually ready. Someone needs to re-fill the snack area too, there was hardly anything left 2.5 hours into the service area opening.
