I was told the cost would be $580 plus tax, and you had the part. That was confirmed when the car was dropped off. Then I was told that that I would save $100 if I waited tell Monday for the part and the cost would be about $650, when I picked the car up on Monday the cost was over $700, I missed where I saved the $100...and why the price was almost $200 more than I was first told with no explanation. We are not very happy with your dealership, we have given you a lot of service with this car and others. Ron Packwood

Truly satisfied with the service received. Again, Julie went the extra length to squize me in a most likely already very tight schedule last Monday. I called later in the day to ask if i could bring in my veh to get the seatbelt assy installed. She did not just put me on sched but got it done for me in a matter of two hours. Very impressive and very satisfied customer i was indeed. Please thank Julie S. for me would you. She’s a keeper!

Great job as my new service advisor
I went it on Monday because of a flat tire and I was informed they had to order the tire. They said it would be in on Thursday. I went in on Friday because my calls went unanswered. No one knew anything about my car or tire. The service worker who had ordered my tire claimed he never had my case. Thankfully Rene was so kind and willing to step in and help. He helped resolve the issue
