Very unhappy with my recent experience. My fiancé took my car in for maintenance that was scheduled for 10:30 AM & didn’t leave your facility until 2:30 PM. That is completely unacceptable. My car also got “washed” which was a waste of time because it still looked messy in the end. Not impressed.

Every single time I see Rene, my experience is beyond exceptional he treats me like family at some time he is always professional. Although I dread having car issues Rene just knows how to make my visit and the issue comforting. It is something about his demeanor, ora, personality and swag????!
